It
happened in the
village
of
Zareby Koscielne
on the thirtieth of September,
eighteen hundred twenty eight at
two o’clock
in the afternoon.
The Jew Josko Rachman, shoemaker, age fifty one, and Icko Gostek,
age eighty four, earning his living from alms, both residing in the
village of Zareby Koscielne, appeared and testified, that on the twenty
eighth of the current month at one o’clock at night in the village of
Zareby Koscielne died the Jew Sosia Tachna, age seventy, leaving her
husband Leyba Tachna, residing in the village of Zareby Koscielne, earning
his living from alms. After
having convinced myself with my own eyes of the death of Sosia Tachna,
this document was read to the witnesses, who both are neighbors of the
deceased, and signed; both the witnesses cannot write.
