It happened in the city of Mlawa the eighth of October in the year 1843 at nine o’clock in the morning arrived in person Meyer Vishinsky, age thirty six, and Mikhail Preshinsky, age thirty, both rabbis in the city of Mlawa, and told us that yesterday in the evening at ten o’clock arrived Avraham Tachna, a five year old living in Mlawa and the son of Mordka [Mordechai] and Channy Rifki, the parents, Tachna.  After seeing with my own eyes the child is Avraham Tachna, this act was signed by their neighbors.
