It
happened in Mlawa on the sixteenth/twenty eighth of March 1847 at eight
o’clock in the morning appeared the Jew Lejzer Bulak, a rags handler age
forty years old and Luwin Szmulowich Landau, teacher age fifty three years
old, both residing in Mlawa and declared that today at three o’clock in
the morning the Jew Mosze, [Moshe] Tachna residing in Mlawa, age forty six
years old, died.
His parents are deceased.
He left a widowed wife Channah Rivke and four children.
After being convinced with their own eyes about the death of Moszek
Tachna, the document was read to witnesses and signed by them |
