It happened in the city of Mlawa on the day of twenty four May, eighteen hundred fifty four at eight o’clock in the morning it came to me from the Jew Hersh Aryey [Tzvi Aryey son of Yehudah Ha-Levy Tachna, age twenty five, in company with Levin Szmulowicz Landau, age sixty, and Hersh Mtyva Spiro, age sixty nine, both teachers living in Mlawa.  A boy was presented born in Mlawa on fourteen May, eighteen hundred fifty four at eight o’clock in the morning by his wife Szeijny [Shayna daughter of Natan Rafael] Wyszynow, age twenty four, she was living in Mlawa and they gave the name to the child Yehuda Nyson [Yehudah Nissan son of Tzvi Aryey Ha-Levy].  This act was read and then signed before all present.
