It happened in Mlawa
on the day of eighteen and thirty of May at two o’clock in the afternoon
there appeared the Jew Nutesz [Ze’ev Nutuh son of Yehudah Ha-Levy]
Tachna, profession of baker, age fifty six, living in Mlawa in company of
witnesses Levin Szmulowicz Landau, age sixty nine, and Abram Bajlowicz,
age forty six, both teachers living in Mlawa and showed a child, female,
born in Mlawa the day of thirteen May by his wife Mindel (of the family
Mortkowitz), age thirty, living in Mlawa.
The child is named Hinda Golda [Hinda Golda daughter of Ze’ev
Nutuh Ha-Levy]. This act was
read to everyone present and signed. The
father of the child did not know how to write so has not signed.
