General Notes: Wife - Dina Cohn

She was married to David Pacanowski to whom she was related. (David w as a son of Yosef Pacanowski, son of Rabbi Moshe Yehuda Pacanowski an d his wife Blume Leah Meisels, who was a daughter of Rabbi David Ber M eisels (Meyzler) and his wife Chaia Jenta nee Cohn, who was a daughte r of Rabbi Eleazar HaCohen Cohn, son of Sora Rochel nee Cohn and Wol f Michel Cohn).

Dina nee Cohn and David Pacanowski both perished in the Holocaust. Th ey had four children and three of these also perished in the Holocaust . Their daughter Chaia survived and submitted Pages of Testimony fo r them to Yad Vashem.

Golda Winter Belkhatovski also submitted three Pages of Testimony to Y ad Vashem for Dina nee Cohn Pacanowska, David Pacanowski and their chi ldren who perished in the Shoah.
