He was the Av Beis Din of Lask for twenty five years, author of Chidus hei HaRaDaD, Warsaw, 1891, Ahavat David, responsa HaRaDaD, Ohr David , Rei'ach Duda'im and Binyan David. He was the son of Rabbi Aryey Jud ah Jacob Meisels, the Av Beis Din of Zamosc and Piotrkow.

After the death of her sister Chaia Jenta she also married Rabbi Dawi d Ber Meyzler. It is not known if she was married to someone else bef ore this or not.

After the death of Rabbi Dawid Ber Meyzler, Sheindel (Hadas) married a gain to Aharon Pinchas Taumim (Teomim). He died on June 11, 1895 an d is buried in the Warsaw Jewish Cemetery. He was also known as Pin a Tauman. He was the son-in-law of R. Avraham Mordechai Alter, son o f Yitzhak Meir Alter, the Tzadik of Gora Kalwaria (Gur) (source: Jewi sh Cemetery database).
