It happened in the village of Zareby Koscielne on the twenty ninth of Jul y, eighteen hundred thirty two at half past three in the afternoon. The J ew Hersk Leybkowicz Tachna, Rodal scribe [Scribe of Torah Scrolls], age fo rty five, residing in the village of Zaremby, appeared in the presen ce of the witnesses Chaim Migdal, day laborer, age sixty, and Abraam Zylbe rberg, tailor, age twenty one, both of whom are residing in the villa ge of Zaremby, and showed us a child of female gender, born in the villa ge of Zaremby on the twenty ninth of February of the current year at eig ht o'clock in the evening, to his wife Szeyna Jankielowna, age thirty fiv e, to whom was given the name Sosia. This document was read to those, wh om appeared, and signed only by the Holder of the Vital Records, whereas a ll those present testified that they cannot write.
