(b. Dec. 18, 1836, Warsaw; d. March 28, 1914) He was married to Balec a (Izabella) Goldstein (b. 1847, daughter of Morytz Goldsztein and Ane ta Lasker) on Jan. 30/31, 1865 in Warsaw. Wladyslaw divorced Baleca ( Izabella) on April 22, 1875. He then married Eleonora Starkman (b. 18 56; died June 14, 1919) on September 22, 1875. Wladyslaw later also d ivorced Eleonora Starkman on July 29, 1885.

Wladyslaw Bersohn's first wife Isabella (nee Goldstein) Bersohn marri ed Samuel Hilbron (Heilbron) on April 25, 1876. His second wife Eleon ora nee Starkman married the lawyer Jozef Leon Kon.
