Doctor. He married Henriette Helene Besas on May 15, 1903. She was b orn in Berlin, on July 25, 1879, and was a daughter of Moritz Besas an d Anne nee Cuttner. Jakub was a dermatologitst and worked in Berlin . He (and presumably his wife too) emigrated to Oxford, England, bu t later to the United States. In 1947 he was living in the Bronx, Ne w York, and he died there on January 12, 1948 (from the June, 1950 Add itions and Corrections).
