General Notes:
Physician and active Zionist. He was a member of the Polsih Senate fr om 1928-1931. He also founded (some say it was the first) Jewish news paper in the Polish language, Nasz Kurier. He also founded an associa tion to fight tuberculosis. He moved to Eretz Israel. He was marrie d to Sara (Stefania) Fels, daughter of Solomon (Shlomo Zalman) HaCohe n Fels and his wife Perla Graff. According to a book of divorces it s ays that Dr. Josef Tzvi Dawidson divorced his wife Sara (Stefania) Koh n. But apparently the divorce was not final since Dr. Josef Tzvi is b uried next to his wife in Tel Aviv. She died on November 13, 1960.
Dr. married Sara (Stefania) Fels, daughter of Solomon (Shlomo Zalman) HaCohen Fels and Perla Graff.
