His name and date of birth come from the book Neofici polscy (1904) b y Teodor Jeske-Choinski. According to this bookHenryk Apolinary Coh n converted to Calvinism in Warsaw in 1901 at the age of 16. From thi s book we know that his father, Fiszel, also used the name Feliks. Th e book says hi is a, "son of the bookkeeper Feliks Cohn, and Helena Me ndelson." (p.234).
