In the year one thousand
eight hundred twenty-one on the eighth day of January in front of me,
Antoni Smulski, the Civil Registrar, appeared the following, Hersz Matys
age 40 and Iciek Herszel age 36, merchants residing in this town, and
stated that yesterday at 4 a.m. in the house number 1 in the market
square, passed away Małka Szaykowna, two years old, daughter of Jakób
Szayka and Dobra, married couple, merchants residing in this town. The
document was read to the testifiers and signed by me and the witnesses.
