It happened in the town of Nur on the tenth/twenty second of November eighteen hundred and fifty at ten o’clock in the morning the Jew Boruch Abramowicz Tachna, age twenty five, a shoemaker, residing in the town of Nur, appeared in the presence of the witnesses the Jews Jankiel Ickowicz Danenberg, age fifty, a day laborer, and Herszko Chunowicz Kur, age twenty five, a shoemaker, both residing in the town of Nur, and showed us a male child, born in the town of Nur on the third/fifteenth of the current month and year at five o’clock in the morning from his wife Sora Chunowna, age thirty, to whom at the religious ceremony of circumcision was given the name Abram.  This document was read aloud to those who appeared, and signed only by the holder of the Vital Record Register, whereas the others in the mentioned document cannot write.
