It happened in the town of Mlawa on the thirty first of August, eighteen hundred and sixty eight at five o'clock in the afternoon.  Zelman Niborski, fifty five years old, as well as Kalman Zacharyasz Rozenman, fifty years old, both of whom residing in the town of Mlawa, appeared and testified that on the thirtieth of August of the current year at seven o'clock in the morning died Wulek [Ze'ev Nutuh son of Yakov Ha-Levy] Tachna, fifty nine years old, son of Jakow [Yakov son of Yehudah Aryeh Ha-Levy] and Dwojra [Devorah] married couple Tachna, baker, residing in the town of Mlawa, leaving behind his wife Mendla. After having convinced ourselves with our own eyes about the death of Wulek Tachna, this document was in Our presence read and signed by the witnesses.
