It took place in Mława on the fifteenth of October one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine at ten o’clock in the morning. Szmul Jankief Izraelowicz, baker, age forty six years old, residing in Mława, appeared with Kalman Zachariasz Rozenman, proprietor, age sixty one years old, and Abram Moszek Etinger, Cheder teacher, age fifty seven years old, [both] residing in Mława. He showed us a baby boy, testifying that the child was born in Mława on the fourteenth of October this year at ten o’clock in the evening, to his wife, Tauba née Gradacka, age thirty seven years old. The child was named Mendel. This document was read to the testifier and witnesses and signed by all of us.
