Cudek Szerchel, a Feldsher, age thirty seven years old, residing in Mława, have appeared with Abram Moszek Etinger, age seventy four years old, and Symcha Watmacher, age forty one years old, teachers at yeshiva, residing in the town of Mława. He showed us a baby boy who was born in the town of Mława, on March the thirteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety six, at five o’clock in the evening; to his wife Gołda née Tachna, age thirty eight years old. The baby was named Samuil Jakow. This document was read to testifiers and signed by all of us.
