It took place in Przasnysz on June the
ninth, nineteen hundred, at ten o’clock in the morning.
Szlama Tachna, peddler, age
twenty nine years old, residing in Przasnysz, appeared with witnesses –
Binesz Makower, age fifty one years old, and Abysz Armmand, age thirty
six years old, both servants at the synagogue in Przasnysz.
He showed us a baby boy
testifying the child was born in Przasnysz on June the third, this year,
at eight o’clock in the morning, to his wife Pesia Ryfka née Olszewer,
age twenty four years old. The
child was named Chaim Leib. This document
was read to the testifiers and signed by us.
