It took place in Mława on the second day of June one thousand nine hundred and eight at nine o’clock in the morning.  Wułek Wilczek, aged seventy-two, and Joel Zilberstein, aged fifty, both tailors residing in Mława, appeared testifying that Fajga Matla Tachna, age one year and two weeks old, passed away yesterday at eight o’clock in the morning in Mława.  She was the daughter of Josek Tachna and Chaja Ruchla.  We have confirmed death of Fajga Matla Tachna.  This document was read to the witnesses and signed by all of us.
