It took place in the city of Nur, on December fourth/December twelfth, eighteen hundred and fifty three, at three o’clock in the afternoon.  Sana Chunowicz Kur, a Jew, age twenty six years old, a shoemaker from Nur, have appeared with two Jews: Jankiel Lejbowicz Pieprz , age sixty two years old, and Jankiel Ickowicz Danenberg, age fifty two years old, both laborers from Nur.  He showed us a baby girl testifying that she born in the city of Nur, on December first/December thirteenth, eighteen hundred and fifty three, at five o’clock in the morning, to his wife Sosa Abramowna, age twenty four years old.  During the ceremony the baby was named Chawa.  This document was read, loud and intelligibly, to testifiers and signed by a clerk because all testifiers are illiterate.
