It took place in the town of Nur, on January the thirty first (February the twelfth), eighteen hundred and sixty, at three o’clock in the afternoon.  A Jew named Sana Chunowicz Kur, age thirty one years old, shoemaker, father of a deceased, and Rubin Jankielowicz Bursztyn, age thirty five years old, tailor, both residing in the town of Nur, have appeared testifying that Chaja Sanowna Kur, age six months old, passed away on January the twenty ninth (February the tenth), this year, in the town of Nur, at eight o’clock in the evening.  She was a daughter of Sana Chunowicz Kur and Sosia née Tachna.  We have confirmed death of Chaja Kur.  This document was read to the testifiers and signed by us only because both testifiers are illiterate.
